Ever since bomber jackets made a return to the fashion world in Gucci's pre-fall 2016 collection last December, I've wanted to get my hands on a less extravagant & more wearable one to pair with everything this season. I still remember my first ever bomber jacket, back when I was just entering my teen years. It was one of those baseball varsity ones, and it made me feel like I was the epitome of cool. As I started exploring the world of crazy prints and bright colours, I discovered a printed butterfly one in Penneys for a mere €5 a few years later. I got a few wears out of it before it got lost in the depths of my wardrobe, but it's something I wear at least once a week to university now.
When Pretty Little Thing got in touch with me a few months ago, the first thing I saw on their website was this black satin bomber jacket, and a few days later, it was mine. I've worn it religiously ever since, receiving numerous compliments on the quality and appearance of it. It's gotten ever cheaper now thanks to their sale- if that doesn't convince you to check it out, then I don't know what will!
