OOTD- Lets Get Loud

10.21.2014

Hey everyone,

I was sorting through some old photos and I came across these outfit shots I took a month or two ago and completely forgot to share with you! It was during that awkward time when Summer was yet to leave, but it was not yet Autumn. That said, it definitely seems like something I could still wear now. I thrifted these Kurt Geiger shoes for a mere €3, and the frilly socks just look super cute with it, don't you think? I decided to mix textures by wearing two different finishes of leather- my patent skirt from River Island and trusty jacket from Penneys. Since these pictures were taken, my hair has changed colour- yay! There's not much of a difference but I'm finally free from failed ombré attempts, and I've gone for an all over mahagony-purple-brown.

Clothes aside, Gaga was amazing on Friday, as expected! I queued for 7 hours and ended up about 5 or 6 rows from the front so it was totally worth it. Seeing my idol on stage for the first time in two years made me really overwhelmed, but I'd do anything to go back-sigh.

Shirt, jacket & socks- Penneys/Primark
Skirt- River Island
Shoes- Kurt Geiger, thrifted
Necklace- Eleanor Hall Jewellery*

What do you think about wearing double (even triple, including my shoes!) leather?

  1. I was actually thinking of getting that skirt from ASOS a while back, and now I've seen it on you, it's such a nice shape! I wish they had done it other colours/materials as it looks really flattering :)
