Hey everyone,
It's been almost 2 weeks since my last outfit post- shocker! I just haven't had the time to buy new clothes, and I've been re-wearing old outfits. I came across this playsuit in my wardrobe this morning though, and thought it would be perfect for the beautiful weather we had today. For someone that gets cold much too easily, it was extremely warm out. The flamingo print on this one piece really reminded me of hot Summer nights, and I believe my mam bought it a while ago. Unfortunately, I haven't a clue where, and there's no tag on it.
A week and a half left of 5th year.. it's crazy. It's quite frightening to think that in September I'll be starting my final year of school, but in a way I think I'll be welcoming it with open arms. The next 3 months might be my last of freedom for a while, so I'm definitely going to try embrace every opportunity that comes across my path.

Hey everyone,

I was recently invited along to the launch of cult American brand Physicians Formula in the Morrison Hotel. First Wet N' Wild.. Now Physicians Formula! I love how brands are taking the leap over to our small island, and fingers crossed NYX and Milani are to follow.

Physicians Formula were founded in 1937 by Dr. Frank Crandall, who wanted to create cosmetic and skincare products for his wife with sensitive skin. Believe it or not, they're America's number one bronzer brand, which is phenomenal in my eyes! They were the first brand to create hypo-allergenic makeup and also the first to introduce SPF to makeup. Not only that, but they have an organic wear collection, and the products are infused with vitamins and minerals to nourish the skin. Sounds very promising to me!

I had a brilliant night at the launch party, and had the opportunity to mingle with bloggers like Zoë, Beth, Emma and Samantha. They had bowls of colourful jellies and samples of the products for us to 'play' with. I really like the look of their pH blushers, which adjust to match your skin-tone- crazy, right?!

I've been trying out a few of their products since the launch, and I adore the Super BB powder*. It has a slight sheen to it, so can be used for an all over glow or in selected areas for a light highlight! I also love how there's a secret compartment underneath with a brush, as does the Season-to-Season Bronze Booster*. All the products have exceptional packaging, and prices range from €10.99 to €19.90.

Physicians Formula will be available in Irish pharmacies nationwide from June 1st.

Will you be trying Physicians Formula any time soon?

*PS- As I don't have the time to post daily on my blog, I do post daily on my twitter and instagram, and I'm getting my facebook up and running again also! Click my social media icons below to keep up to date*

Hey everyone,

Although I love both fashion and beauty equally, it is fashion I feel most passionate about, and I've decided to bring some of my styling work to blog. After fiddling around with numerous layouts and websites, I find Polyvore the best for making fashion collages like the one below!

Moving on, I've been lusting after a kimono since the start of the Spring, and I'm still on the hunt for the perfect one. I came across this floral print one from New Look, and I'm definitely going to consider buying it. I love how versatile it looks, and the fringe finish definitely brings a festival element to it. That considered, that doesn't mean you can't dress up a kimono! I think this one in particular would look beautiful over a dress and heels for a night out.
For the daytime look I decided to keep things boho and very Kendall Jenner-at-coachella inspired. Although black can be quite warm in Summer, I still love the overall effect with the Topshop bralet and shorts, paired with heeled boots from New Look. Flower crowns are certainly making a comeback this Summer and can be found in most highstreet stores. I kept the jewellery simple with an Alex & Ani bracelet and a New Look pendant.

At night you can afford to add some glam , so I chose this super pretty dress from Vero Moda. I love how the colour compliments the floral print in the kimono, and the sparkly gold clutch really    sets it all together in my opinion! A chunky necklace would definitely make a statement whilst complimenting the clutch.

Will you be rocking a kimono this season?

1 Kimono, 2 Ways- From Day To Night!

 Hey everyone,

Although a lot of bloggers out there post about their monthly beauty favorites, I've decided to expand my favorites including my favorite book and album/song/playlist of the month too. I've been quite busy lately with school and events, and in all honesty, I'm quite tired whilst writing this but I love blogging and I try not to be too inconsistent!
Beauty;
Balmi Lip Balm [coconut]; I received this in a goodie bag at the LLAMmeetup [Dublin bloggers meetup basically!] and immediately I was dying to try it as I heard they were quite similar to the American EOS lip balms. They're super silky once applied, and also leave my lips nice and glossy. I love the coconut taste, as it reminds me of holidays- but strangely enough I'm not a fan of coconut flavoured foods! Being the big lip balm junkie I am, and having tried my fair share of them, this one definitely gets top marks from me. €6.79

• Vichy Dermablend Fluid Corrective Foundation [15 opal]*; I won't go into too much detail about this foundation as I reviewed it in detail here. To cut a long story short, it's the best full coverage foundation I've tried, and perfect for covering skin imperfections. It's worth every penny! €21.50

Rimmel Kate Rockin' Curves Mascara; This is another beauty I got my hands on in the #LLAMmeetup goodie bag, and it's becoming a firm favorite of mine. I love the curved brush, as you can use the flat side first to lengthen the lashes, then used the curved size to curl them upwards. Bonus! It makes my lashes super long and not in the slightest clumpy. €9.49

Gosh Brow Kit*; I was sent this to try out a while ago and I've been using it daily ever since. It comes with 3 brow powders, a wax cream and a brush applicator. Although I have no use for the two lighter shades, the darker shade is perfect for my brunette brows. The wax is also quite good, although I tend to skip it when I'm in a hurry. €10.99

• Wet N' Wild Lipstick [mauve outta here]; This is a bargainous matte lipstick from cult American brand Wet N' Wild, and I absolutely adore this shade! It's quite unlike any other shade I own and lasts for ages. It can get a bit drying, but for the price you can't complain. €2.99

Book Of The Month;
• Vampire Academy Series by Richelle Mead; I've been reading this series for a while now and I think it might be one of my current favorites. Unlike Twilight [which I despised], the lead protagonist is a strong female, and there's no love triangle. It's witty, adventurous and romantic all in one. There's 6 books in the series and I'm currently on book 5, plus a spin off series of another 4 books!

Album Of The Month;
• Night Time, My Time- Sky Ferreira; Sky Ferreira is someone I discovered a few years ago when she only had a few songs out, and although I kinda forgot about her for ages, I recently rediscovered her along with her new album. It brings pop to a new level, mixed with charming vocals, nonchalant lyrics and amazing beats. Love love love!

Hey everyone,
My dear blogging friend Zoë was chosen to be the official blogger at the Junk Kouture fashion show, and she kindly invited me to go along with her! It was a brilliant evening- not only did we have front row seats in the O2 arena, but we also got back stage passes- very official! The show itself was amazing, and all 80 dresses were breathtaking. Junk Kouture is a competition held across Ireland, where students submit a dress they've created out of 'junk'.

I've been longing after a flower crown for so long now, so I was delighted to pick up this pretty one in Penneys for €3. The bomber jacket has an 80s feel to it, and it was only €7- bargain!
